Hi, I’m Brady Robbins

Since 2009 I have been a personal trainer in Dallas, TX. I have been fortunate to work with clients from their 20's to 90's. I learned quickly that every person has a different body. Thus, exercise programs should be crafted for the individual's needs. My goal is to be a solution for my client's problems. Whether that be for low back pain, restoring movement, or getting into better shape.
